I am a full-time Real Estate agent/Realtor® with HomeLife Benchmark Realty Corp. (White Rock) and have been a licensed Realtor® since 2004. My focus has been on Residential sales within the Fraser Valley, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Buyers and Sellers in that region as well as throughout the BC Lower Mainland. I have also established an extensive Realtor® referral network to help my clients move freely within the province of British Columbia.
My business career began in 1981 when I entered sales and marketing in the computer industry, working for the Canadian Division of Control Data International, which would later become Tenex Data Canada. I became the British Columbia Branch Manager of Tenex Data in 1986 and at 29 years of age was the youngest Provincial manager in Canada. In 1992 I left Tenex Data, accepting a new opportunity with CAC Computers and Communications, Inc. There, I worked in the new and fast-moving INTERNET space for almost twelve years, seeing first-hand the immense development and rapid change of the Internet that is now so prevalent in our daily lives.
In 2003 I had an opportunity to make a career change and decided to go in a different direction, choosing Real Estate Sales as my next Life-chapter. I chose this profession so I could fill the important role of Real Estate Advisor while also spending more time with my family and expanding my volunteering in the South Surrey/White Rock community that my family and I have called home since 1989.
I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1980 with a Communications Major, Business Minor and Psychology minor. I have been married for over 30 years to Miriam and have three adult sons, Daniel, Nicholas and Zachary, all of whom currently reside in the lower mainland. I am an avid golfer and have played and coached baseball, soccer, basketball and tennis. I am also a certified car nut.
Over the past fifteen years I have achieved Gold, Platinum and President’s Club status with HomeLife Benchmark Realty Corp. and have consistently placed within the top 20 percent of Realtors® within my HomeLife White Rock office. I am passionate about fulfilling my mission to either find the home that my clients will always be happy to live in and invest in, or to sell their most valued asset in the most professional way and at the best price.
